I worked out through my entire pregnancy with no issues, but post pregnancy work outs I get dizzy and heart palpitations. All my blood tests turned out ok but my bp is low. Had to increase fluids and salt intake. Webbreastfeeding and dizziness/shakiness. My LO is going on 5 months and I EBF. In the past couple weeks, I've been feeling increasingly faint/weak/dizzy/shaky to the point where I worry a little re: holding my LO unless seated. I've been eating constantly, so skipping meals is not the issue (my appetite is out of control, actually).
