Apr 9, 2015. #1. hi, this was a known bug around 2 years ago, when you end a call, and the screen is already off, so you need to get it back on again to end the call. extremely annoying, and it was fixed somehow at the time, but now it's happening again, regularly. (i think once you go past a minute or so, the screen goes off).
