As a solo artist, he had several popular albums and a string of hits through the late 1970s and early 1980s. Early life WebCummings has been inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, and has been cited as one of the most influential performers in Canadian rock music.
