Turn airscrews in untill they seat lightly, count how many turns this takes, this will allow you to put them back to where they were when you reasemble.

On my sled, the thing that the fuel line goes in was a grommet type of a thing, just drain the tank, and pull it out. It's made of rubber, so you won't break it.
