WebETWII seems newer from what I glanced. In my experience, Imperial Destroyer was less stable than Empire Total War II (I played without VDM for both). -Imperial Destroyer removes a lot from the game and focuses on battles. -Empire Total War II adds stuff to the game to enhance both battles and campaign.
