WebJun 14, 2024 · From what I read online is that if the cat is failing all the emissions would be high, not just NOx at 15mph. This car doesn't have an EGR valve. Gonna bring it in again to have mechanic check the timing, for any vacuum hose leaks. Is there anything else I should bring up to the mechanic to check for? At 15mph my car measured 1390 of NOx and the limit is 483 and at 25mph it measured at 1159 and the limit is 494. I went to a muffler shop and had a magnaflow cat installed and had the car retested.
