WebJul 6, 2024 · My ergonomic sculpt mouse, keyboard and numeric pad will not work with my surface pro 8 running on Windows 11. Have even reset my surace device with a clean install and it still does not work. The keyboard, mouse and numeric pad works perfectly well with my old surface pro 5 and lenovo thinkpad (running windows 10) even now. WebJul 7, 2024 · I have Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard. I connect the dongle and it is detected - I also tried updating the drivers, installing Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard center. There, I see that it is indeed detected and I can change the settings - but the mouse/keyboard clicking/moves doesn't seem to be recognized by the computer.
