With shipping back from them the price is just a bit over $1,000. They also have a budget pricing port job as well but yields about 10rwhp lower. AI prefers that the customer supplies the heads.

The HD-SE heads are ported , have bigger valves , a different combustion chamber shape and are a bit cheaper than the S&S.
